Joe has served as GOP Election Day Operations Director and has worked to prevent election fraud in the City of Philadelphia. A graduate of La Salle University, he also serves as the Director of Election Day Operations. He will discuss Philadelphia Election Fraud & the Impact of the new Voter I.D. Law.
